The bed was a little too narrow, and very hard, for me uncomfortable mattress.

The staff, including cleaners and restaurant staff, is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a manageable selection (this is larger from Sep-Dec), but the food is excellent.

Can't fault anything about it.

Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, quiet location. Good breakfast.
Large relatively hard pillows. No air conditioning. Slightly outdated shower. Cobwebs were still visible in the upper corners of the room.

The breakfast was rich. Bed comfortable.
Not enough hangers in the closet. Coffee machine was a bit overboard with many guests. At the pierogi, the cook has to practice preparing the dough. No pick-up and delivery service. You always have to call a taxi for guests without a car.

Beds were the best we had slept in. Breakfast very good. I will say that Booked.net must be able to tell a 'twin room' from a double, but the hotel sorted it out for you, much to their credibility.. I enjoyed my stay very much Gwenda krop
I was travelling with my 22 year old granddaughter. asked originally for a twin room, and after several emails stating a 'twin room' which means a room with 2 single beds, we were given a 'double room' then a queensize bed room!!! My granddaughter certainly doesn't want to sleep with her grandmother.... BUT the Hotel was very good and fixed our problem, I have no fault with them at all. I think the web site needs pore options available. Thankyou Gwenda Krop

Staff was excellent and helpful. Reception is open 24 hr / day. Hotel is located near international roads, far from the center, so it was really quiet and nice surroundings, very green. Breakfast all the same but good.
We had clean but worn out towels. Breakfast wasn't included into the price and a little bit overpriced. No transport to the downtown, only taxi (quite cheep, but anyway). Not for a long stay.

The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the safe parking made us feel secure during our stay. the hotel's location just off the main road was also convenient for our business meetings.
The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, particularly during the hot weather. the outdated TV was in need of an upgrade.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We appreciated having a tea/coffee maker in the room and the free parking offered by the hotel. The grass fields around the hotel were also a nice touch.
The lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult, especially since our stay coincided with a heatwave. The location was a bit far from the city center and required a long walk or a taxi ride. The room was also a bit small and lacked some amenities we expected, such as a mini-bar or safe. the hotel was a good value for the money, but some improvements could be made.
